I have one that fell under the Yandex filter. Does it make sense to register a second domain with duplicate content and a ban on indexing in Google, etc. PS.
Given the transfer of the site in the Yandex webmaster panel, the indexing of the new domain will speed up.

Minusinks or Baden? the rest are not so critical. If a commercial site and sanctions in Yandex get out of competition and what you will achieve during the time you get out of the filter. Both are treated in 1-2 weeks with direct hands :) If it’s easier for you to make a site for Yandex, then it’s worth riveting a dozen mb and hammering all the output with us?
