How to delete a product in the Google Play Developer Console?

Hello!
Testing in-app purchases.
Created 2 subscriptions in the developer console.
Now I want to delete one of them, but the delete button is inactive:

The application is installed on one device from which I deleted the subscription: I went to the Google Play application -> Account -> Subscriptions -> and canceled the subscriptions.
How to remove this item?
