Why might structured data change to 0?

Hello. There is a website for the hotel. Now I encountered such a problem: for some reason, in the Google search console, in the structured data section, in the elements item, it now says 0, although it was 1.

I am attaching the screenshot. The date (19) also confuses me. Why stuck at 19?
About editing the site. The last edit was made on the 15th. And then, as an edit, they stupidly added pictures to the site and a block with reviews. Structured data did not change.

write more than the essence of the problem
do the markup as expected, and everything will be fine

google webmaster always comes with a delay, if nothing has changed, then everything should be ok
