How to correctly specify Google search operators?

Good afternoon

Please help me with the refinement operators Google search: inurl, intitle, etc.

It is not possible to set a combination of conditions:
url includes + url does not include + title includes, etc.

I didn’t find the info how to indicate the negation

task:
select all urls containing .html and% phone% in the title, but not containing /p

I write like this - there are still products in the output
site:tiu.ru inurl:html inurl:*phone* -inurl :/p

i.e. you need this url
https://tiu.ru/Chehly-na-mobilnye-telefony.html

and you don't need this one
https://tiu.ru/p409746857-chehol-mobilnyj-telefon.html

* channels as a replacement for a word, not a part of a word (estimate the size of the Google index, where else to look for parts)
inurl is also only once for a similar reason - learn algorithms
