How to track how many users viewed a URL in google analytics?

In JM, you can create a filter "Visits in which" - "View URL" and gives you how many users viewed a particular URL.

How to build a similar report in Google Analytics?

Tried making a segment: "Page" exactly matches /url . But the number of users is 2 times less than in the metric.

But the number of users is 2 times less than in the metric.

Metrics and Analytics reports can differ, and significantly, for several reasons:
1. Their settings specify different time zones
2. The counters are located in different places (one in the head , and the second before the closing body tag )
3. In one of the systems, there may be filters are set (protection from robots, do not count your visits, filter by IP, etc.)
4. The results of the metric can be affected by the set visit timeout
How to build a similar report in Google Analytics?
