How to track data from Google Forms?

Actually, you need to pass the Google Form submit event to the analytics. But since the angular form is inserted by Ajax, it will not work to catch the event with a run counter on the site.
They talk about it on the Google support site. Maybe someone met?
I googled the question, but I did not find a suitable solution, except for https://habr.com/ru/company/englishdom/blog/340866/ , which does not work for me, while I figure out why

@oshliaer

First, you create a Form and get a prefiled link with a special field. The value of this parameter is your track tag.
Next, create a script. In it, you assign a fetch to the submit event of the Form, which calls the analytics.
This means that you will only track shipments.
