Good afternoon, I set a metric on the site + goals when submitting forms. Everything seems to be going on, but not instantly, a delay of 20-30 minutes, as it should be?
And Google Analytics for how long does it take to achieve the goal.
I mean in dashbord analytics and metrics

Yes, there is some delay - this is normal.
But Google Analytics has a separate real-time report. There you can see the triggering of events and visits at the same moment as they happened.
