How to use WhatsApp on Windows PC?

Hello!
Is it possible to use WhatsApp on a Windows computer ?
Not interested in the option - run through the emulator (BlueStacks for example)!
I've heard about the Pidgin client plugin , but I can't figure out how to install it on Windows .
And the client itself has a very poor interface.

There is an official client that works through the web.whatsapp.com website or browser plugins. But it requires that the phone be on the network and actually work through the phone.
