How to use Google DNS correctly so that their country matches the IP?

How to use Google DNS correctly so that their country matches the IP?

For tests, I installed a VPN server in Spain, connected to the server with my home Router and distributed the Internet through Spain at home. In the network settings of local computers, I registered 8.8.8.8 as dns
On the home router that connects to the Spanish VPN, it is registered 8.8.8.8
On the VPN server in resolv.conf, the same Google ones are registered 8.8.8.8

Sites for checking data like whoer.net, 2ip - they write that my DNS is Belgian ((

And I need exactly the Google DNS, which will correspond to the country of Spain.

Tell me, can I somehow implement this idea?

Please do not write about the fact that Finnish DNS is shown in Russia - this does not solve the problem.

We google what dns is and understand that it has nothing to do with determining the user's country.

And ip-addresses are practically not tied to the country, so 2ip can be wrong.

And where did you get the idea that 8.8.8.8 is one in one country, another in another?
You should read up on how DNS differs from an IP address, because you're completely confused about what you're asking.
What you want is impossible.

The user will be served by the geographically closest dns server. And be determined accordingly on the "breakthrough". So yes, you can say so - in one country 8.8.8.8 one, and in another - the other. And the weekend ip will be different, as well as the geographic definition of the dns server. It shows Finland most likely because Op is from the north-west of Russia or close to that region, so it is served by Google's Finnish dns server.
