How to use goals in your Yandex Direct ads?
Hello.
Can you please tell me how you can use targets from Yandex counters in Yandex Direct?
Is it possible to give ads/show ads only to users who have completed a particular goal?
If it is possible, then how to do it? Where can you read about it?
It’s just that now I see that the goals are mainly for analytics and only, but this is not enough, I would like to use more goals.
Well, or advise the information to read.

In fact, you simply export goals from Yandex.Metrica, so everything that you set up or set up can become key.
Page visits is when you want to track conversions to a specific page.
A Java Script event is the type of target that the web will absolutely need. Thanks to it, you can track the click of the “Submit Request” button, the filling in of forms, and much more.
You can use compound targets. Composite goals serve to learn the user's journey and find out what prevented their conversion.
Compound goals consist of all other goals and indicate not only the target action, but also the sequence of steps that it takes.
So I would recommend that you dig towards compound goals.

You have reached another very important layer of advertising in Yandex.Direct, in which it is no longer just "contextual".
With the help of goals, segments, and audience selection, you can set up retargeting (targeting the audience that was on the site), set up and down audience adjustment bids, exclude unwanted impressions, and much more.
Of course, you can also target advertising in YAN only to the audience that has achieved or, conversely, not achieved any of the established goals on the site. For example, an audience that added products to the cart, but did not place an order. This is configured using goals and segments in Yandex.Metrica, and then applied in Yandex.Direct.
