How to create a company in Yandex.Direct via the API?

Already 3 hours I can not understand what's wrong, I hope you can help me.
I want to create a campaign via the API using the CreateOrUpdateCampaign method, I do everything exactly the same as in the documentation in the example, but for some reason it returns an error with the text that the Strategy field is not filled in
