How to help Yandex index website versions for other languages?

Good afternoon. Recently, we encountered the problem of indexing pages by Yandex, after the project went through internationalization.
Initially, the project site was located at site.org . The same address is indicated in the list of sites for Yandex webmaster. After internationalization, in addition to Russian, English and German versions of sites also appeared, with subdomains in addresses in the form: ru.site.org , en.site.org and de.site.org . At the same time, when you go to any page with the old site.org domain name , a redirect to the most appropriate language version of the site occurs.
Over the past 3 months, the number of pages in the Yandex search index has approached zero. In the site geography section, it is not possible to specify regions of other versions, since they are considered other sites. What is the best thing to do in this case? Add each version of the site to the list of Yandex webmaster sites, or can they be "linked" somehow to the "main site" (which, by the way, is still in Russian) site.org ?

It is worth adding all subdomains to the webmaster as separate sites, registering the corresponding regions for each site in the Geography -> Site Region section
. I would also add information about subdomains to Yandex Directory

In fact, all three domains are different sites. So, add each version of the site to the list of Yandex webmaster sites.
Even when promoting, there are different techniques for each region.
