How to upload code from c9.io project to bitbucket?

Hi people!
I have a project mean.io package on c9.io, I want to throw it on bitbucket. But I don’t know which GIT command to do this?
After I send it to bitbucket, I want to deploy it on another server, that is, I already use all the features of the repository.
Q: How do I submit an existing mean.io package to bittucket and upgrade from there?
