How to upload a project to Codecanyon?

If someone downloaded the project successfully, he will help me. My problem is that I cannot successfully upload the .zip archive to the Optional Live Preview ZIP file item containing an index.html (case sensitive) and any supporting js scripts or images you need.
It produces the following errors:
Inline Preview Image is required
Inline Preview Image must be 590px wide, but provided image was 1000px wide.
I can't understand about expanding pictures - I made them 590 px wide and lower - doesn't help, the error doesn't go away.
Please help me how to download this archive.
