Now I developed a couple of themes and plugins on wordpress, before that I had experience only on frameworks. I did not work as a designer, but for several months I mastered the Adobe ae, ai, ps package. I tried to draw a little on wacom, but I'm not an artist. Somehow I didn’t think about it before, but how important it is now to sell wordpress themes on sites. It is clear that they will not be accepted the first time, since not all the rules are described. Somehow I don’t have the goal of becoming a super senior, but I have enough knowledge to design, make up and put on wordpress. There are no expectations for a big salary either, since the most competition is from studios, which are probably focused on some kind of platform. I just liked the option to work for myself and do it on a turnkey basis from start to finish.
If someone earns this way or had experience in the past, then give advice is it worth trying and if you focus only on this, what kind of salary can you expect?
PS I just have zero ideas about this niche. Yet laravel, react are busy in a different direction. There are not so many professional typesetters. Not everyone likes to freelance, someone likes to work in a company. It just demotivates me to do one thing, and here you just don’t need a lot of skills.
