How to update the archive?

When updating an archive via cmd, winrar responds:

Updating archive C:\1\backup3.rar

Unable to create __rar_10560.13094
Access denied.
The program is interrupted

But the archive itself is not updated (new files have been added)
What could be the problem?
Command to write: C:\Program Files\WinRAR>rar u C:\1\backup3.rar C:\2
