I thought that no one uses faxes anymore.
I would scan incoming documents and hand over waste paper (a copy is a copy, even a fax, or an e-mail) and at the same time would communicate with contractors about switching to e-mail !!!

I go to the stationery store. Each contract is a Folder, for each year a clamp and a bunch of these folders. And I keep it in the pantry, except for the current year which is on the table
