What is the mistake and how to win?

When extracting two archives from a client, an error occurs on Linux Mint.
Before, when I had version 17.3, everything opened, but now it doesn’t work on 18.0.
What could have changed and how to defeat this cant?
PS: No, googling helps. It's just not what I was looking for.
