How to update Microtik RouterBoard if the instructions fail?

Good day. Help with the update method for Microtik RB2011iLS-IN, it's on board 6.34 I want to 6.44, but it is not updated according to the instructions, i.e. I tried the options:
- through the Files item in Winbox
- through PXE and the Netinstall program
- through Winbox, the Info item and auto-update
