Does each port give out 100MB on the switch?

There is a stupid 8-port switch 10/100Mb.
1-port = Internet.
The arrogant client is plugged into the 2-port and downloads the file with a torren (local retreker) in 90-100Mb, will the other ports give out 100Mb or the rest go to the forest?
And also if a client from port 7-8 exchanges files between their PCs, will those who are connected from port 2 to port 7 go to the forest?

The switching matrix of a dumb switch is usually designed with a performance of 50% of the sum of the ports. A good one has 100% of the amount, an excellent one has 150% or more.
Switching occurs between ports, i.e. if the matrix is ​​designed for 200 megabits, then in a five-port switch two pairs of ports will work on a full load (in half-duplex).
To put it simply:
1. In the first situation, it will be difficult (but possible) to use the Internet, it depends not on the switch, but on the router in the first place.
2. File sharing on 7-8 will work (if the switch is not stupid at all)

The switching matrix is ​​quite difficult to push even in unmanaged switches. Subscribers connected to ports 7 and 8 will exchange data at the maximum speed available to them.
If subscribers from ports 2 to 8 want to simultaneously receive data through the first port (a purely hypothetical situation, to be honest, this rarely happens in reality), then it all depends on the capabilities of the switch. Maybe the switch will divide the channel equally between all subscribers (I met this in Compex PS2216), it may turn out that whoever got up first, that and slippers, and the rest will go through the forest, for example, if a subscriber connected to port 2 starts downloading a file with a torren (local retracker) at 90-100Mb, then the rest will have problems accessing the Internet.
