How to update information about backups in the vestacp panel?

Previously, I deleted a backup via FTP. Now the panel shows that 1 backup has been created, although it is neither in the list nor on FTP. How to update data on the number of backups?

It was impossible to create another backup due to lack of disk space. This happened due to an error when specifying the wrong directory in the backup exclusion settings. Due to this error, a large directory with media files was included in the backup. As a result, the backup did not work, and the information in the Vesta panel was not updated.
I excluded directories with media files in the backup settings and deleted all backups. After these steps, the next backup copy was created without problems, and the information in the Vesta panel was updated.
PS I keep a backup copy of directories with media files along with the entire user's home folder only locally to save space on the server. Home folder synchronization is started manually via rsync.

Try setting the number of stored backups to zero:
https://ploshadka.net/vesta_backup/ and then restart the Vesta panel
