How to untie users from each other?
We have: Server 2008R and https://corp.dbo.gazprombank.ru/ , as well as two users. The site works with BSS Plugin, which is installed separately. Somehow, the second user, when created, became attached to the first one, that is, the site does not see the installed BSS on user 2, but if user 1 is launched in parallel, it sees it. Also, when user 2 selects a certificate on the site, a confirmation window opens for user 1 (!!!). The path to the BSS files is unique for each user, but for some reason the browser pulls BSS from user 1.
What I did:
I demolished BSS for everyone, it did not help.
Demolished user 2 completely with cleaning the registry, when creating a user with the same name, it is still attached to user 1.
Changed browsers, pounded the tambourine.
If you create a user with a different name, everything works with half a kick.

Another "shamanic" move: delete User2, create User3, make sure that everything is OK under it, rename it to User2. In this case, the name of the folder with the profile will remain User3. Maybe help?
Rename the user's profile folder in the registry to the .bak extension, then go under the profile, it will have to create a new folder with default settings.
