How to unlock local drive?

Greetings forum users!
There is a 500GB hard drive, today I took a 240GB ssd and installed Windows there.
There was a 2nd partition on the old hard, I wanted to merge them with the EaseUS Partition (94GB and 371GB)
and then the program gave an error, the merging is impossible and blocked the hard, right now it is not available. Windows does not open
There was a family archive for 124 GB of photo and video, you can see a red circle on the screen
How to unlock it without losing data?
Are there any live-cd, programs?
Thanks in advance!5ca3700c37608088285208.png5ca37011a4310813497175.png5ca37017cd085495054970.png

@Zoominger

Go to "Control Panel -> Administrative Tools -> Computer Management".
There, find "Disk Management", find your disk and right-click on the desired partition. Select "Assign a drive letter", assign it there and see if it mounts or not.

@Zettabyte

merge with EaseUS Partition

Sorry for being blunt (this is more for those who read this question later), but this is a very bad combination, akin to putting your finger in a meat grinder.
By themselves, such "merger programs" are known for regular occurrence of problems (we have seen a lot of such disks), and the Chinese parts from easeus are one of the worst options for choosing software for working with disks.
Because the data on the disk is important, I would advise you to stop any live work, remove the disk, connect it to another computer and either (less preferably) scan it with the free R.saver 'a, or (more preferably) make it a full uncompressed image (WinHex, CI Hex Viewer, CloneZilla) and work with this image. To do this, take the old version of R.saver, she knows how to open images.
This will either help to get the data, or at least give an understanding of what Mr. Wong's utility has done to the disk.
