So everything works well, but a couple of applications throw out such errors.
I was already looking for an answer, I didn’t find it much, now I’m doing everything that was described in the article.
At the moment I'm doing a check with the r-studio program
Maybe someone came across?
They say basically that hard is bad or dying. But I didn’t understand it, I need to check for bad sectors and then fix it with Victoria and everything will be ok or is it still something in the BIOS?

Solved the problem of low-level formatting with further clean reinstallation of win 10.
Disabled pci express power control.
