How to unlock an account on Freelancer.com?
Hello everyone, there was a little collapse with the site freelancer.com. After the next project, I put money for withdrawal, but instead of money, I received a letter stating that my account was frozen and asked to go through the verification procedure. That is, they had to send a scan of the passport, driving license (zhirovka or bank statement), a photo of me holding a leaflet with an identification code and driving license, plus answering questions. So I sent it to them. But they did not approve any of the points.
In the paragraph with the passport, they indicated that it did not meet their verification standards.
In the paragraph with the rights, they indicated that they needed an English-language document.
In the item with the verification code, they indicated that I should send a new photo with a new ID (that is, with a passport or other document).
I created a ticket on freelancer.com and asked them to clarify which standards suit them. To which I received a response from the kind of "Send documents according to our standards." And that's it!
So I'm interested in the following points (keep in mind that I live in Belarus and our documents are in Belarusian, but they are duplicated in English on the passport and driving license. And fat bills and bank statements are in Russian):
1. What documents do I need to apply?
2. How can I prove that I am who I say I am?
3. How to get out of this situation and return the money?
I would be glad for any help, since a lot of money has hung, plus there are several open projects and somehow I don’t want to do them just like that. I heard that if your account was frozen on this resource, then 100% you will not return the money back. I'm waiting for your answers. Thank you.

I can’t say anything on the topic, but I want to express my opinion on the classification of this situation.
IMHO, this is somehow not good on their part. Let a person work, then do not give money, although the person has all the documents that are issued in his country.
I have been working with other exchanges for 7 years already - odesk, vworker, elance. Never heard such stories. IMHO, in this market it is not customary for exchanges to do this (in other markets - payment systems, for example, you will not surprise anyone with such stories).
So it's practically a scam. And pulls on a big scandal.
I would persistently try to contact support to find out the exact requirements for documents, if they don’t answer normally, then it’s definitely a scam (which I somehow don’t believe in).
