1. How to uninstall nvm on Linux along with npm, npx and installed NodeJS versions?
I delete the .nvm folder, but after I start the terminal everything is downloaded again.
2. In which folders does nvm store nodejs packages?

NVM registers itself in ~/.bashrc
Another directory ~/.npmmust be present.
