There was such a situation that when you press the O key, the browser enters full screen mode (as when you press F11), and when you press "A" - the same result as when you click on the "previous page". I updated the OS to 10. However, the problem remained. Error in all browsers. Only in browsers. Tell me where to dig, otherwise I broke my head.

Maybe you need to install branded software or update it? Laptops like to work with software from the manufacturer - without it, all keys may not work at all..
