How to make a bash script press a keyboard shortcut?

Because The Wi-Fi topic has not been successfully resolved, and no solutions are foreseen, the last option remains, if possible, to force the system to manually press Fn + F2 after waking up from sleep mode. Does anyone have a similar experience, please share.

Fn keys are rarely intercepted somewhere above the BIOS. If it's WiFi, all my axes think that I'm just plug-off usb Wifi and it is correctly extinguished. If the brightness / sound is still somehow, then Wifi / Bt is unlikely without deep drivers.
In my memory, only HP, when turning off the wifi / blue tooth from the tool in the tray, wrote in the BIOS that device off, but I can be mistaken.
Although I remember exactly that I was driving the BIOS parameters from the Windows utility for 6910p
