Where can I get a keyboard and mouse adapter?

Just broke an adapter from the microsoft sculpt ergonomic desktop kit. Slightly bent it, refuses to work, although the system sees this adapter. I don’t really want to pay 8k for a new set because of this little thing, what can I do? Where can I get a new adapter?
