Gnome3 and volume buttons?

There is a defender wireless keyboard and headphones from the same company. Both have volume buttons. They do not work in GNOME 3.
On the Internet, it is advised to check the settings of shortcuts - and so, they are, and they are correct. Moreover, the button press signal is successfully transmitted - I can assign the volume down button to another action. But still it doesn't work.
A few more experiments: almost nothing works except Alt + F2, and a couple more combinations. I even created a separate combination for launching the terminal - Ctrl + Alt + T: one fig.
Can, who faced? Is this a gnome bug or a feature of working with this peripheral? Axis: Archlinux x64.

Alternatively, check that any FN mode is not enabled on your keyboard.
This is when you press FN + a special button on the keyboard and then let's say all the F * keys do something else, for example, they work as multimedia buttons. And this mode is always active until you turn it off.
