How to undo all changes in a project in PhpStorm?

I work without git. Auto upload to FTP on save. Worked for several hours changing several files. How to undo all changes in the current project at once, for example, 6 hours ago with auto-update on ftp?

VCS -> Local history -> Show history.
Roll back any time
