How to properly sync workflow with NAS WD MyCloud?

I recently bought MyCloud as an alternative to dropbox. And I would like to somehow synchronize the workflow between my work and home PCs.
I use Phpstorm, Navicat, git, fileziila and so on. Both operating systems are windows.
Is there an option how to painlessly transfer all working tools to the home cloud with synchronization?

Do you want the IDE to store other programs there as well?
Unreal. What if you sit down at a linux system somewhere?
Or for winXp, God forbid.
Git is your everything for storing code. (Best practice)
And the environment - there already a lot of things depend on the computer you are using.
Least of all gestures with the environment (web server, modles, php, db etc...) can be achieved through the vagrant machine.
It will be enough to install vagrant and a virtual system and deploy your machine there.
