Why is PhpStorm not connecting via ftp?
You need to connect via ftp.
Browsers, Firezilla, Putty and regular Windows Explorer on Windows 10 connect fine.
Passive mode disabled and enabled, does not work.
`Could not connect to FTP server on "x.x.x.x".`

a strange thing:
I make a copy-paste of the password in phpstorm - it does not work.
the rest works.
I type with my hands in phpstorm - it works. hmm.
