How to format code written in one line in PHPStorm?

Good afternoon!
In the file, all the code is written in one line. I want to format this code in a storm, with splitting into lines, but the
key combination CTR + ALT + L
does not help. I don’t know any other ways, I don’t want to insert it into online services :( I don’t want to. I just moved to this IDE. Tell me, plz!
