How to understand why Google Play removes the application?

There was an app on Google Play for almost two years. Online game. The app has had over 200,000 downloads, nearly 4,500 reviews, and a good rating. The application was removed with the following comment:

Violation of the paid and free provision of the Content Policy and section 3.3 of the Developer Distribution Agreement.

The application had an activity in which it was possible to activate (activate) already purchased game artifacts during the game. This activity had a button that, when pressed, opened a site where you could exchange the game currency for these same artifacts. On the same page there is a link to replenish the account (buying game currency for real money) through various third-party services. In addition, game currency is earned in the game itself.
I thought that the application was removed because of this very button. I removed this button from the application completely, commented out the code responsible for its processing, changed the application ID and uploaded the application to the market. A few hours have passed and a new application has already been banned with the same comment as above.
Why are they removed? What needs to be done to comply with the rules?
The new APK without this button can be found here .

That is, do you have monetization "past the checkout" of Google? This is prohibited by the rules. All payments to the game must be made by players through Google payments. (there are relaxations of this rule for online stores selling real, non-virtual goods).
Actually, this is indicated in the link that was sent to you.
The only option for you is to implement google payments.
Do not try to host this application again without their payments - a complete account ban is likely (with all other games, if any).
By the way, read other reasons in this article .
You are also lucky that you were explicitly told the reason for the deletion.
