What language should an Android developer learn?

Good afternoon! I've been working on finalizing/supporting 2 old PHP projects for almost a year. But I would like to try my hand at mobile development, since there are just a lot of materials to study. Having rustled Google, I now discovered 2 types of development, netiv and using frameworks in html / css / js, c # and many other languages, it confused me a little, which language to choose after all? I myself tend to java (I studied it before about half a year), but I slightly do not understand the situation with oracle and google, will google give up java?
Please advise who knows more about this issue.

If you want to be a normal Android developer, then you don't have to look in the direction of all these frameworks. It's simple - learn Java, and then the platform. And if you want to be progressive as well, then start learning Kotlin.

but i don't understand the situation with oracle and google a bit
They settled their dispute. The court said that Oracle was too fucked up.
I'm leaning towards java
Correctly.

You can look at JavaScript with ReactNative.
You can try packaging HTML5 applications with PhoneGap, it's enough for many tasks.
