How to understand the structure of a Landing Page?

I would like to understand the structure on the example of one website. The problem is that this site - a startup is aimed at two audiences at once with the same priorities a la for sellers and buyers.
Now the structure of this site is literally divided into left and right, where a typical inviting structure is shown. (On the left, something like "Are you looking for a good seller? Then this is for us", all sorts of icons in the style of "How does it work?", etc. And on the right, the same for the seller!)
As a result, for both sides of the entire audience, literally half of the site is simply not needed and the site itself becomes too busy. I just don't understand how to arrange all this harmoniously.
Are there any Landing Page examples for two audiences?

I will give an example on a pair of "customer-executor" (freelance):
In the middle there is an inscription and a picture:
"Freelance - who does not work, he eats!"
Then two headings and two BIG buttons:
1. "Customer: I'm looking for a contractor for my project."
2. "PERFORMER: I am looking for a job with my qualifications."
by clicking - open the desired section.
