How to understand the cause of the falling off print on the terminal server?

Hello)
The terminal server is raised on Windows Serverr 2012, a client (Windows 10) is connected to it, two prints are successfully forwarded from the client (Kyocera M2530dn and fs-6525mfp). After a while, the print fails: I send a print job on the terminal, the job successfully leaves the queue (on the terminal again) and nothing happens. No errors, no entries in the event log, either on the server or on the client. Logging out and reconnecting to the terminal server does not help, restarting the spooler on the server and on the client does not help either, rebooting on the client does not help. Only server reboot helps, after it, printers print for some time, and then the problem described above repeats. At the same time, if you create the same printer as a new one on the client and connect, the server will quietly print to it for some time,
The problem appeared quite recently, before that everything was ok in the same configuration. Other clients do not have such problems, including on the same user.
On the problematic client, I deleted all printers and drivers for them, put them on a clean one, but it did not help. Now I'm a little confused as to what could have screwed up the print so badly.

Perhaps the situation is related to Easy Print.
Here is what is recommended to do:

Use the Group Policy Editor to disable Easy Print:
1) Log out of the remote desktop session
2) On the host. As administrator run gpedit.msc
3) Navigate to: Computer Configuration | administrative templates | Windows Components | Remote Desktop Services | Remote Desktop Session Host | Printer Redirection
4) Locate the setting: "Use Remote Desktop Easy Print printer driver first"
5) Typically, this setting is "Not Configured"
6) Change this setting to: "Disabled"

You can also read this article . The pictures there have already fallen off the time, but in general everything should be clear.

Try the XPS drivers, they were made for easy printing, they might be better.
