1C allows you to save a document in pdf, txt, xls, htm, mxl, ods, xlsx format.
Signature and seal can be affixed on a white sheet and scanned, save to which thread a graphic format or pdf.

6. A power of attorney issued on behalf of a legal entity is signed by its head or another person authorized to do so by constituent documents (member of the board of directors, deputy head, etc.). The exception is cases when a power of attorney to receive or transfer property values ​​is issued on behalf of a unitary enterprise. Such powers of attorney are signed not only by the head, but also by the chief accountant of the organization.
Another rule is established by the Law on Accounting: documents that formalize business transactions with cash are signed by the head of the organization and the chief accountant or persons authorized by them (Article 9). According to this rule, powers of attorney for the receipt and issuance of funds, goods, etc., issued by any legal entity, must be affixed with two signatures.

The point is that any copy of the power of attorney must have the original with a blue seal and original signatures - not a facsimile.
