How to implement this printing method?

There is an Excel file, it stores the full name, serial numbers, positions of employees.
I want to be able to insert a template in advance when printing on A4 and substitute the parameters for this template (So that I don’t write anything manually for all employees.)
Tell me how to do this, I know that it is possible through Access, but maybe there are other options?
