I also asked to increase the rate by +3$/hour in order to compensate for the termination of Payoneer's work on withdrawals in Russia. commissions will be more expensive directly to a bank account, and the client said that when I am in the state, I will not have any commissions for withdrawal at all.

They demanded to write this "apology" letter to them:
I, [NAME], confirm I will comply with the Upwork Terms of
Service, including specifically that I will receive payments from Upwork
clients through the Upwork platform for two years from the start of any
relationship, or pay the applicable Conversion fee. I understand that
any future violations will result in my account being suspended and
payment of the Conversion fee.

And it's been silent for more than a day. How to unlock an account? Also, as I understand it, in order to take the client and ourselves away from the exchange if we conclude an official labor contract, we need to give $ 2,500 to Upwork, like 15% of some hypothetical revenue for 24 months or work there for 2 years, through Upwork?
