How to turn on the PC?

Hello!
The task is to assemble one from two PCs. In the first one, everything worked, but the hard disk (HDD) has only 80 GB, in the second PC the power supply burned out, but there is a 5XUSB 2.0 PCI controller, a PCI 1Gb Ethernet network card and a 1TB HDD. I installed all the components from the 1st PC to the second, but it stopped turning on, that is, everything seems to be working, the coolers are spinning, and even the speaker beeps 1 short time, but the image does not appear on the monitor. What could be the problem and how to solve it?! Help me please!!!

Did the old PSU have a 4pin CPU connector? otherwise, judging by the volume of the broom in those years, this could not have happened, but the symptoms are similar

You only need to change the power supply, and you do not need to change everything

Try connecting the monitor cable to the integrated video card
