Is it possible to connect the rgb cooler cougar to another controller?

I recently bought a couple of cougar 120mm rgb hpb coolers, then I found out that you can’t slap an rgb on the motherboard (5v cooler 12v motherboard) went to the Internet to watch the core box controller (v1,v2), the result of it is nowhere to be found separately and even with a set of 3+ the controller is over everywhere, and Now the question has become, is it possible to connect (even with adapters) to other alternative controllers?

In order for the cooler to spin - does it seem to have a standard connector for the motherboard?
And to make it glow - the standard PSU has a red wire + 5V.
Insert 3 100 Ohm resistors into the corresponding holes, solder the other ends together, and + 5V. It will glow, but there is no other beauty for which coolers were bought.
