How to turn off the green underline of new code when a Visual Studio application is running?

When you edit code in VS while the application is running, it starts underlining all new code with a green line. This line gives very important information that the changes will not be applied while the application is running.

Thanks for taking care of Microsoft, otherwise I keep forgetting.

Does anyone know how to turn this off?
