What are the dotted edges around the text?

These are:

Appear when renaming any entities. And they appear only in .NET projects, not in others. What is it and how to remove it?

This means automatic renaming of all references (0 references = 0 class references). Removed in the settings, of course.
ps Although I'm not sure what is removed in vanilla at all.
