VS 2010 can't connect to cloud TFS

Lord, I need your help. Registered an account in cloud TFS, according to this article: Free TFS

Everything is fine with the account. But I can't connect as a client.
Worth WinXP with SP3. For the studio, I installed SP1 and update KB2662296, as indicated here: tfs help .

Still getting the following error:

TFS31002: Unable to connect to this Team Foundation Server: MyAccount.visualstudio.com/ .

Technical information (for administrator):
The underlying connection was closed: Could not establish a truss relationship for the SSL/TLS secure channel.


I googled for a long time and a lot, although it might be worth getting some sleep and repeating , I didn’t find anything similar, except for the problem with certificates. The certificate has already been added to the trusted root. It didn't solve the problem.
Please tell me in which direction to at least dig, I understand that somewhere I ’m stupid , I made a mistake, but I can’t even imagine where exactly.

I would check ping first, then traceroute.
Perhaps the packets are simply being cut somewhere.
