How to turn off the android tablet at 23:00 (or interfere with its use) in order to go to bed on time?

I have a Nexus 7 tablet with the latest version of Android. In the evening I stick to using it instead of going to bed.
On a Windows PC, everything is simple - put a bat file into the scheduler with shutdown -f.
Programs like https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=be.p... require root rights, but I don't want to root the device.
Is there a technical solution that will turn off or interfere with use after a certain time (say 23:00)?
If there is no technical tool, I will be grateful for time management advice.
