Adequate offline android docs that do not break the browser and are updated in a timely manner. Where to get this?

I tried to use the documentation, which is in the form of index.html in local / android on a PC, but it constantly throws out browsers. If you look at only one page through AS via the link, it seems to be normal, but there is a problem with the Internet in my area, so I would like to walk through the guides freely.
Is there a suitable miracle on Windows in the form of an application, or the same html?
Or the best and most digestible way is to poke links in AS (I'm not complaining, but I would like it to be more complete)?

Use software for offline reading. Either a browser with offline support, or a program that downloads the site. Well, download its sections as needed.
Query in Google which gave useful links.
Windows is not at hand, I experimented with opera in MacOS and its offline mode - a completely workable option.
