Distribution of the Internet from an Android smartphone received via WiFI via USB with access to a local network, how to organize?

I have the following:
Internet distribution from an Android smartphone received via WiFI via USB without access to the local network.
In short, I just need a WiFi adapter from my smartphone. And Android sculpts another NAT, and I'm in a different address space (like 192.168.42.x, and the WiFi mesh itself is at 192.168.1.x). Expected, but I want to go to LAN, there is NAS.
Are there any ways? In addition to VPN with LAN through an external server on the Internet)).

You already have access to the upstream network from a device that accesses the network via a smartphone (the only thing is that you may need to connect to NAT by IP, not by name). And if it is suddenly not there, then pick the firewall - something is not configured there.
