I don’t know how I looked and where, before buying, but I bought this RAID for ESXi, as a result, ESXi does not start, it hangs on loading firewood for RAID.
Here I found out that the LSI 9240-8i is suitable, which is the same thing, but for the firmware you need some original SBR file from a real LSI, and it’s not clear where to look for it.
